With all of this craziness going on in the world right now you may be wondering, is now a good time to sell? Things are scary right now and the uncertainty of so many situations has my head spinning in so many different directions. So how does this effect the housing market?

Some people are unsure what to think of the housing market during this time, but the stats show that the market is thriving. We are in a strong seller's market right now. We are seeing sellers get top dollar for their houses and the days on the market is lower now than it has been in years.  

This graph shows the sales price of houses in the OKC metro housing market. As you can see, it's steadily trending up. Now is a great time to get more for your home than ever before!

So now that you know you can get a good return on your investment if you sell your home, you're probably wondering how long you'll have to endure the listing process. Listing your home isn't a walk in the park. You have to keep it clean, you have to maintain a flexible schedule, you may have to deal with transporting pets, etc. The good news is, we are seeing homes fly off the market very quickly. As you can see from the graph below, days on the market is low and the process can be short and sweet. 

I know now is a crazy time, and it may not be best for you or your family to sell your home right now. And that's okay! Everyone's situation is different. However, if you have been thinking about it and just unsure of what to expect, hopefully you have a better grasp on the market now.
